Lulu and the Winter of Content

Lulu will be in Los Angeles before September is out; the heaviest layer she will be wearing this winter will most likely be her vintage Pendleton. But Lulu is a tried-and-true Chicagoan, and cannot help but anticipate the cold. Lulu knows how dreary it is to salute glorious summer goodbye, and begin purchasing for a very long, slushy six months – but fear not! Many years in the Midwest have taught Lulu that the cold can, indeed, be overcome.

For a winter of content, there is no house more suitable than Malo, Italian creator of luxurious cashmere knitwear. Lulu has pictured her favorite piece above: a slouchy, furry, three-quarter-length-sleeve’d sweater which reminds her both of a barbarian’s pelt and of a flapper’s favorite pullover.
